Heather Conley - Owner/Office Manager
Cuddly Critters was founded by two sisters who wanted to share their love and passion for animals. It was the best decision they ever made as they both love their jobs and all the adorable faces they get to see everyday!
Heather has a background in business and has spent many years working as a veterinary technician. She is also a certified obedience instructor and is certified in pet first aid. Her time is spent both in the office and out in the field.
Shannon Lemire - Owner
Shannon is a Pet Sitter, Reiki Master and Certified Obedience Instructor. She is also certified in pet first aid. Her time is spent providing all of these services to our clients.

April has been a wonderful addition to the Cuddly Critters team and brings with her experience with dogs and rabbits! For several years she has done volunteer work with Sweet Binks Rabbit Rescue and her love of animals and personality are truly refreshing! April lives with her fiance, 2 very spoiled dogs, and 2 rabbits.
Kerran Ascoli - Small Animal Massage/Reiki
Kerran is a certified Small Animal (dogs and cats) and Equine Massage Therapist, as well as a certified Reiki Practitioner. She believes massage and Reiki are wonderful therapies for your animal's well-being. These therapies can help relieve pain, build trust, and enhance daily quality of life. All massage therapy and/or Reiki sessions take place at your home or barn.
